We are very supportive of private and public initiatives and partnerships that seek to create added value to local economy through the oil and gas industry. To that end, we will utilize primarily a local workforce and supplement with expats where needed. Over time as the locals are trained and gain experience they will be moved into supervisory positions, thus reducing the expatriate workforce. Our guiding vision is to create world-class local entities in every country we work.
